Light food, refreshments provided by members. New members welcome.

                         

SEPTEMBER

3             Board Meeting

9             General Meeting, Presenter: Jennifer Barber, Camp Wekiva Liaison for FFGC
                “Here’s to Camp Wekiva and Her Crew”

10           Youth Gardeners, Topic: Plant potato starts and learn about caring for their garden.

 

OCTOBER

7             Board Meeting

14           General Meeting and Field Trip to Mt. Dora boat trip, followed by lunch at The Lakeview Inn.

15           Youth Gardeners
Topic: Students will make masks decorated with seeds and beans, while they learn about owls and use
pictures of them for inspiration

25-26     Fall Plant Sale (Set up on 10/24) 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day

11           General Meeting: Festive holiday floral designs by club members. Discussion and auction.
